On initial receipt of your vacancy our Consultants will discuss through all aspects of your vacancy requirements and your Company ethos to ensure we source the most appropriate candidates for your needs.

At the time of registering applicants will undergo a thorough telephone interview in order to ascertain a full career history and clear picture of their attributes and objectives. We will provide a concise CV on each candidate focusing on key skills and competencies.

The list of prospective candidates will be reviewed by our specialist consultants and each applicant will be contacted to ascertain their suitability and interest in your position available.  In order to avoid any possible bias our selection process is undertaken by two Consultants.


Suitable candidates will be introduced to the Client by way of a CV document and a follow up call to discuss their attributes in greater detail.

We will arrange interviews for you. Candidates will receive a profile of the Company and a job description to assist with their preparation.


We will assist with the negotiating of offers and ensure the process is smooth for both the client and candidate.


We will guide the candidate through the offer letter stage and resignation process.

Our fees are charged on a flat fee basis and these are made on a ‘results only’ basis. The whole process is completely free of charge up to the point of engagement. 

Our clients feel the flat fee structure is a real benefit to them when negotiating on salary with candidates they are content in the knowledge that the fee may not increase.

All new vacancies received will be included in our advertising free of charge in relevant local press and on internet websites.
